'Santa & Glitter' is the first full-length performance by the contemporary circus company Bruta Bruja. Under the motto 'We believe in Miracles' and deeply moved by the 80's disco energy, the duo celebrates their vision of reality: in which ordinary everyday objects and situations are transformed into extraordinary versions of themselves. Where a Disco diva and a Santa hanging by her hair are emerging from a pile of laundry. 'Santa & Glitter' is a call to shine on, to dream and to dance. 

Exploring the genre of the realistic fantastic, 'Santa & Glitter' takes the audience to its bizarre world, where fortune reigns, playing triumphs over winning and magic has its place. Manipulating sheets, hair and a hair dryer, the show brings transformations, magical appearances and a divine concert. Not agreeing with common notions of reality, the show refuses to accept existing conditions of society as valid and unchangeable. 'Santa & Glitter' shines with its mix of circus disciplines and its glittery trashy aesthetics. On special occasions the end of the show might turn into a party - with disco music and dress code, of course.
