WORKSHOPS

Sisus offers other fabulous activities besides our performances. Would you like to have a workshop given by Sisus' members as part of your event or festival? Together with a performance or just by its own, you can require from a workshop: 

We offer workshops in different circus disciplines (for example aerials, handstands, acrobatics, partner acrobatics, Cyr Wheel)
as well as in creative processes. Send us an email to [email protected] and lets plan and make your dream workshop come true!

​'SIRIUS ISSUES' MENTORING PROGRAM

During the mentoring program 'Sirius Issues' Sisus offers sessions for artists/artistic companies who are in the beginning of their career. The programme is supported by Arts Promotion Center Finland. 

The programme started in 2021 and for the first round we selected following artists: Linnea Purontaus from Finland, Caroline Wuttke from Germany and Ana Alcocer from Mexico. Marianne Vaalimaa was selected for the second round In 2022.  She is a contemporary circus artist from Finland and is touring with her own solo performance since 2021.

For round 3 Sisus selected Morgane Stäheli and Sebastian Klink from the Half in Company. The company is a newly formed circus company based in Sweden and currently creating their first creation OUT.
